DEWSPO
A lightweight synthetic rain jacket fabric, made of 100% polyester. The name encapsulates the key advantage of the material: thanks to the polymer coating, it possesses excellent waterproof and windproof properties. Compared to many other synthetic fabrics, dewspo has several important advantages due to its polymer coating.
Moisture protection. The fabric has waterproof properties, which cause water droplets to simply roll off the surface without penetrating the structure of the material. The fabric is virtually windproof, providing excellent protection against the elements.
With the two properties listed above, dewspo is a breathable fabric. It provides excellent air permeability, preventing the occurrence of a "greenhouse effect" during its use. The material is resistant to deformation at creases, does not fade under ultraviolet exposure, withstands temperature fluctuations exceptionally well, and is both abrasion-resistant and durable. The fabric is well-suited for the production of garments with complex cuts. Outerwear made from dewspo is soft and lightweight, and jackets crafted from it exude style and elegance.

Care recommendations:
  • The material is low-maintenance — regular laundry detergent is sufficient for washing. Finally, the cost of this synthetic fabric is quite affordable, which also distinguishes it favorably from many other materials.

BRUSHETTE
The knitted fabric is characterized by a smooth face side, while the reverse side features a fuzzy texture. Fabrics are used for the production of sportswear.

Care recommendations:
  • Knitted fabrics are recommended to be washed either by hand in warm water without rubbing or wringing, or in a washing machine (on a delicate cycle). Knit fabrics should ideally be dried flat and ironed at a temperature appropriate for the yarn composition.

SUPPLEX FABRIC
Supplex fabric is a synthetic knit fabric made from nylon, polyester, and elastane (lycra, spandex). The distinctive feature of this material is its ability to stretch in two directions. With high recovery elasticity, the fabric exhibits stretchability rated at 300%.

Advantages of biflex fabric:
  • Practicality and durability — items made from supplex fabric are thin and lightweight. However, this does not mean that they tear or deform easily. It is impossible to damage a product made from this fabric. After stretching, the fabric quickly returns to its original state;
  • Comfort in wear — unlike many types of synthetic fabrics, supplex fabric stretches well, does not restrict movement, and allows the wearer to feel unrestricted;
  • Durability. Items made from supplex fabric retain their new appearance for an extended period, even after numerous washes. They fit the body well and maintain their shape even if the wearer gains a size.

JERSEY KNIT WITH LYCRA (Stockinette)
Jersey knit is a fabric made from 100% cotton, featuring a characteristic "stocking" weave that allows garments to stretch well in width. However, the garments do not stretch in length, and additionally, items made from jersey knit may occasionally lose their shape. To mitigate these drawbacks, manufacturers incorporate synthetic fibers — elastane (lycra) — into the cotton blend.
This material possesses all the qualities of natural knitwear — eco-friendliness, softness, and breathability—while also being durable and more elastic. Garments made from it stretch well and also retain their original shape effectively. Light, soft, durable, elastic, and practical—this is a description of jersey knit with lycra.

DOUBLE-SIDED FLEECE
Double-sided fleece is a very dense bi-elastic knit fabric, ranging from 170 to 350 g/m², yet it remains soft. The face side is smooth, non-shiny, and features a fine knit. If it is jersey knit, a fine ribbed texture will be visible. The reverse side features a slight uniform nap or loops. It is available in both solid colors and various patterns.

The combination of the basic properties of the knit fabric and the effect of incorporating fleece yarn into the weave imparts the following characteristics to the material:
  • Softness and elasticity at high density.
  • Low thermal conductivity.
  • The fabric is breathable, and with a high synthetic content, it effectively wicks moisture away from the body.
  • Resistance to repeated stretching. For example, pants made from double-sided fleece with lycra exhibit minimal stretching at the knees.
  • It is virtually wrinkle-resistant.
  • The material is very comfortable against the skin and does not restrict movement.
  • Good wear resistance.

TRIPLE-SIDED FLEECE
Triple-sided fleece is a soft and dense material that will keep you warm on a chilly evening, providing warmth, coziness, and comfort. This is why many parents often choose this soft and pleasant knit fabric when purchasing clothing for their children.

Advantages of triple-sided fleece:
  • Eco-friendliness — this is a completely natural fabric, making it hypoallergenic, gentle on the skin, and non-irritating;
  • Absorbent properties — also known as hygroscopicity, triple-sided fleece with a brushed finish can effectively absorb moisture, ensuring that you always feel comfortable and cozy in such clothing;
  • Breathability — this fabric allows air to circulate, preventing excessive sweating and enabling quick drying of the skin;
  • Stretchability — this material is quite elastic, allowing it to quickly conform to the body's shape without losing its integrity;
  • Heat retention — the material effectively retains warmth and does not allow it to escape, ensuring that you won't feel cold even in winter. However, it is advisable to avoid fleece that contains polyester, as such fabric may not be as comfortable or warm and may be unsuitable for colder seasons;
  • Longevity — if properly cared for, triple-sided fleece wears exceptionally well, resisting pilling, fraying, and twisting, ensuring that such garments will serve you for a long time.

OXFORD
Oxford is classified as a synthetic fabric, produced using polyester or nylon threads of varying thickness. It is distinguished by a special type of weave known as "basketweave," which gives the fabric a uniform structure and sheen.
The combination of this weaving technique and synthetic fibers ensures high durability of the finished product.

Proper care for Oxford fabric:
  • Hand or machine washing;
  • Water temperature – approximately 40°C;
  • Standard spin cycle speeds;
  • Ironing at a temperature of up to 110°C;
  • Tumble drying is permissible;
  • Dry cleaning is permitted.

In case of stains, simply wipe the item with a damp cloth to remove dirt.

FALSE MESH
False mesh is a polyester knit fabric with a non-perforated cellular structure. False mesh is widely used in the production of various types of sportswear. False mesh is utilized for sewing hockey, football, and basketball uniforms, as well as summer t-shirts and various clothing items, etc. The material is highly elastic, stretches well in all directions, and is ideal for sublimation printing.

Key advantages of the material:
  • durability. The polyester fibers that form the basis of the fabric are considered among the strongest;
  • hygienic properties. The unique structure of the material, along with its composition, prevents the proliferation of bacteria. As a result, the clothing does not absorb sweat odors;
  • elasticity. Products made from false mesh are easily stretchable;
  • low moisture retention coefficient. This means that the fabric dries almost instantly.

SALAMANDER
Salamander is a matte fabric that offers an excellent balance between lightweight and elasticity (stretching in two directions), composed of 90% polyester and 10% spandex, and available in various widths. Due to its composition, this fabric can be used for sublimation printing.

Care recommendations:
  • Salamander Soft requires minimal care — it is wrinkle-resistant, so items made from it do not need to be ironed. This fabric is easy to wash and dries quickly, maintaining its appearance even after multiple washes. Its applications are multifunctional: clothing for dance, cycling, and fitness, as well as theatrical and carnival costumes.

LINING MESH
Lining mesh is an elastic knit fabric with a cellular structure made from synthetic fibers. It is used as a lining fabric in the production of leisurewear, sportswear, headgear, outdoor equipment, and workwear.

TAFFETA
Taffeta is a completely smooth material, uniformly dyed, lightweight, and featuring a pleasant sheen. It can vary in density depending on its intended use. The material has limited stretchability and is often treated with special coatings to enhance its performance qualities.

The material is made from two types of fibers:
  • Nylon is a strong, elastic fabric that stretches well. It repels water and provides protection against wind. It does not get wet, as it does not absorb liquid. It is resistant to mechanical damage, making it nearly impossible to tear—its durability is exceptionally high;
  • Polyester surpasses nylon in terms of aesthetic appearance and tactile sensations. It is wrinkle-resistant and abrasion-resistant, withstands varying temperatures, and does not fade under sunlight.

FLEECE
Fleece is a non-woven material made from polyester. Specialized machines create small loops to form a brushed finish and numerous breathable pores. The fabric undergoes treatment during production to reduce flammability and prevent pilling.
Fleece products do not shrink, distort, or lose their shape. Despite this, fleece stretches well, does not fade, and has excellent dyeability.
Due to its unique properties, the material is widely used for the production of sportswear. Garments made from this fabric are quite elastic and warm—qualities that are highly valued by tourists and enthusiasts of hunting and fishing.
Due to its softness, the fabric has become popular in the production of children's clothing, such as overalls, hats, and mittens. Moreover, synthetic materials provide a poor environment for the proliferation of bacteria and microorganisms.

The advantages of fleece fabric undoubtedly include:
  • Hypoallergenic;
  • Thermal insulation properties even when wet;
  • Breathability (the fabric's ability to "breathe");
  • Lightweight;
  • Relative strength and durability.

100% ELASTANE
100% elastane is a strong synthetic material made from thermoplastic polyurethane rubber. Its properties are similar to those of rubber. The use of elastane fibers in combination with natural or synthetic materials imparts elasticity and stretchability to the products.
